By requesting a commission, you agree to my terms of service.You may not redistribute my work for profit, nor claim my art as your or anyone else’s own work. You may also not redistribute my work anywhere for any reason without explicit permission AND credit to me as the artist. You may use your commission from me as a logo for a non-profit or for-profit organization with proper credit to me as the artist.I reserve the right to deny or cancel any commission for any reason, though it’s not likely. In the case of cancellation on my part, a full refund will be given no matter my progress on the art nor how much time has elapsed. If progress has started, however much I have done will be given to you the commissioner for free.If your commission is not finished within the quoted timeframe (usually within 2 months), you as the customer are entitled to a full refund. I have the right to deny commission cancellation on the commissioner’s part or give only a partial refund before this time limit is up. No refunds will be issued after the art is completed, this includes if it is completed after the time limit with no request for a refund on the commissioner’s part.If you are unsure about ANYTHING in my TOS, please contact me before assuming anything.If you fail to abide by my TOS you will get a warning. If you do so again, you will be blacklisted and unable to buy from me again.
